White Wine Nautilus Malvasia Volcanica Submarino 2020. This is an exclusive dry white wine of limited production of only 1200 bottles, made with malvasia volcanica in the D.O. Lanzarote, belonging to the Canary Islands.

The malvasia volcanica grape for the elaboration of this unique wine is cultivated in excavated holes called zocos in the black volcanic ash called picón, and they are protected with small semicircular walls of volcanic stone that protect the plant from the sun and the constant wind. There are also areas where ditches are dug. These plantations constitute a unique landscape beauty in the world that resembles the lunar landscape. It should be noted that the volcanic stone retains the humidity of the soil, which is very important considering the scarcity of water for cultivation on the island.

This vintage was harvested by hand at the end of July.

This volcanic wine is aged in barrels for 6 months with its lees and then matured under the Atlantic Ocean a few kilometers from the winery, in crates of 670 bottles, which thanks to the cold currents and humidity gives the wine some nuances to this underwater wine that make it unique.
