Anise sweet Chinchón.

The Anise Chinchón sweet name comes from being produced and bottled in the town of Chinchón, Madrid. It is one of the most popular liqueurs from Spain and was born in 1911, when 300 growers decided to found the society cooperative Alcoholera de Chinchón. With this anise also tasty cocktails can be created as the Mestizo cocktail, which includes sweet Chinchón, mezcal, syrup of ginger, lemon juice and spices (ginger, cardamom, Basil and lemon twist). Perfect and delicious!
