Production: Selecting the grapes from vineyards which are 60 years old. This wine is aged in a selection of the best new and mixed barrels for 24 months. Then complete by parenting for 2 years in bottles before getting their perfect balance. Perfect with both gourmet cuisine and traditional cuisine.
