• Appearance: high intensit with thick cherry color
• Smell: blackcurrant, blackberry, plums, black pepper, clove, vanilla, eucalyptus, mint and black licorice with wood
• Taste: balanced with good acidity and lightly syrupy but with body and long round tannins, a long and persistent finish.
Bottle: 0.75L
Production: 12 months in new barrels American and French oak. Perfect with meats, poultry, pork, spicy foods or strong sauces, stews, red meats, lamb and grilled meats.

Se aprecia aromas de frutas rojas y negras maduras (grosella negra, mora y ciruelas), con notas florales, especiadas (pimienta negra, clavo, vainilla) y balsámicas (eucalipto, menta y regaliz negro) que aumentan en intensidad en la copa, y finos tostados
MOUTH
