Production: Selecting the best grapes from older vineyards. This wine is mixed aged in barrels of French and American oak barrels where it remainds a minimum of 9 months and complete its aging for 4months in bottle before being in the market. Perfect pairing with all kinds of cheese, meats, and rice.
