Rose Wine Impromptu Rosé Pinot Noir is one of the last elaborations of Pablo Ossorio in Hispano Swiss, and represents the premiere of this winery at O.D. Valencia.

Belongs to a new generation of pink, pale in color and full-bodied red.

Barrel fermentation and aging on lees give the wine complexity and prolong his life, becoming a pink with good storage capacity.

A modern style wine that we loved especially in the mouth for its excellent acidity, volume and flashes of red fruit.

The grape is collected in special boxes of 15 kg each. It is harvested only in the morning to keep a good temperature in the grape until the arrival to the winery. Once in the winery, the boxes full of grapes are placed in a cold room, keeping the grapes 3 days at -10 ° C.

After the fermentation is kept on the lees until bottling.

Consumption: optimal from the time of purchase and during the next few years. Good storage capacity. They may occur naturally precipitates that do not affect wine quality.
