Produced by Carlos Moro Winery, in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, belonging to the Bodegas Matarromera family youngest Winery.
Oinoz is a wine made from Tempranillo from different vineyards located 600 meters of altitude on mostly limestone soils, with ages ranging from 35 to 80 years. the harvest is manual double selection (cluster and grain). Fermentation is done in stainless steel (26 ° C) for 10-14 days and upbringing is 12 months in barrels, lies 12 months in bottle before going to market.
Oinoz is a broad, soft and elegant wine. Noted for its complexity in nose, where are the aromas of ripe red fruit accompanied by mineral memories and toasted notes of parenting.
