Breeding takes place during 9 months in French barriques of Allier, subsequently passed another 9 months in new American oak barrels, the last stage of parenting is carried out during 24 months in a bottle pan, dark, heavy, and a natural stopper.
The ideal temperature for consumption of this wine is between 16ºc and 18ºc.
