The vineyard
The vineyard is located at the west end of the Denomination of Origin Toro, with Franco to Limestone texture, excellent for an austere vineyard with an almost arid climatic.
Process
It had a duration of 10 to 14 days in stainless steel tanks. In addition to 12 months in French and American oak barrels of medium toast and with a permanence in the bottle of more than 20 months.
