Wine red EMINA ATIO, EMINA Winery wine.  ATIO is a wine made from the Tempranillo variety from the PGO's oven (Valbuena de Duero), very limestone land of high altitude. EMINA ATIO vintage is performed under double grape selection; in field and cellar.

EMINA ATIO is fermented in vats of stainless steel and maceration for 21 days.  Fermentation is malolactic fermentation in oak barrels and aged in barrels of French oak from Allier forest produced with the technique of Monte Alto. EMINA ATIO premiered barrel twice: his upbringing for 16 months and a new 2 months before bottling. This vintage has a great potential of guarda.
