An exclusive wine, made with the 80% Tempranillo, 15% mazuelo and 5% garnacha grapes, cultivated in the payments "El Consul", "La Mamela" and "Terrazas", whose strains have an average age greater than 35 years.

A privileged situation for the cultivation of the vine due to its extreme continental climate of Atlantic influence and a soft topography of clay-haller soils that allow to produce balanced red wine, especially indicated to age in barrels, with a high total body and acidity.

• Aging: 18 months in new Russian oak barrels. Regular trasiegos every 4 months at the beginning and then every 6 months.

• Consumer temperature:17-18ºC.
