The Pazo de Valdomiño herbal liqueur is a liqueur made by cold maceration of a selection of 7 botanicals in our best Albariño pomace brandy for 30 days. It is subsequently distilled, obtaining a crystalline and perfectly assembled product. The final product is sweetened, finally adding color. Finally, it is left to rest for at least six months before bottling.

It is usually consumed as a digestive after meals.

It is enjoyed at room temperature, cold or very cold depending on the consumer's taste.
