Coffee Liquor Pazo de Valdomiño

Liquor de Café Pazo of Valdomiño is a special Galician liquor of high range , which has an intense flavor. It is welcomed in the Liqueur coffee geographical indication of Galicia. In processing is macerated Brazilian coffee, the area of Cerrado, Brazil, brandy of orujo gallego. The Pazo de Valdomiño distillery produces it from its location at the mouth of the River Minho. The special microclimate of the area has characteristics that allow a perfect aging of grapes of different varieties, where bagasse is used for the manufacture of their beverages. 95% is bagasse of Albariño and 5% of other local varieties such as the Loureiro, Caiño Blanco, etc.
