Valdomiño coriander liquor: Cilantro is a unique aromatic and medicinal herbal liquor in the world, elaborated following an ancient recipe introduced in 1877 by the Goianés D. Manuel Ozores and transmitted, since then, through generations.

Recognized as originally from the town of Goián, in the Baixo Miño (Pontevedra), it has become a very appreciated digestive in our gastronomy due to the differentiated characteristics in terms of aroma, color and taste that gives it the maceration of coriander seeds and Other herbs in pomace brandy.

Elaboration:

ELABORATED LICOR Macerating approximately for three months, aromatic and medicinal herbs such as coriander, cinnamon, anise and others, in pomace brandy. Traditional recipe since 1877.

It is usually consumed as digestive and is recommended to serve very cold.

Stay in the fridge. Freezer is not recommended not to distort your original palate.
