Red Wine The Altozano Tempranillo from Finca Constancia presents this IGP Vino de la Tierra wine from Castilla (Spain), created from 100% Tempranillo grape varieties.
15% has spent 3 months in French and American oak barrels. A silky and smooth Spanish Tempranillo.
Preparation: The grapes have been harvested at night to subsequently undergo cold maceration, where the grapes remain in contact with the skins for 5 days ensuring maximum extraction of the fruity aromas and color. The wines are then aged for 3 months in French and American oak barrels.
