SPANISH WHITE WINE VINYA GIGI CHARDONNAY 2011

Made from the Chardonnay grape suits the terrain and climate that surrounds it.

The white wine CHARDONNAY VINYA GIGI is crafted from a manual harvest with a grape must use 60%.

In its development has a process controlled fermentation temperature of 16ºC in French oak barrels for about 6 months.

In cellar remains at least 6 months.

TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE VINYA GIGI WHITE CHARDONNAY 2011:

Given noted for its straw-yellow color with light shades. Bright & clear.

The nose is characterized by thin delicate notes of toast and spices on a background of tropical fruits.

The mouth is a powerful wine with high acidity that survives along its route. It is considered fat and has a good balance of acidity with long, elegant finish.

WHITE WINE PAIRING VINYA GIGI WHITE CHARDONNAY 2011:

It combines beautifully with seafood, such as salmon or tuna and even paella. Combines well with white meats such as chicken.

The ideal temperature to serve this product is between 7º and 9ºC
