Castellana sweet anise.
Anise Castellana is a trademark of Spanish origin anise, elaborated in Segovia from the year 1894 in the family factory of the industrial and financial segovian Nicomedes García Gómez. This liqueur is made in a distillation of grain of anise and star anise, mixed with demineralized water, sugar syrup and molasses alcohol.
