It is a blend of various grains separately aged whiskey for a minimum of three years in American oak barrels. With at least 3 years of ageing in French oak barrel. The distilleries DYC were created in 1959 in Palazuelos de Eresma, in the province of Segovia, by Nicomedes García.
Color: Pale Pajizo.
Nose: With a hint of fruit, spices and toasted wood.
Taste: Creamy, malting and spicy.
Finish: Smoky and spicy.
The alcohol content of Whisky DYC 8 years is 40%.
