The Whisky Macallan Decanter No. 6 is an art made drink of The Macallan Whiskey Maker made with careful craftsmanship, to create a dazzling whiskey enserrado in a very distinguished glass container. Provides you with a valuable, dark walnut, has the classic character of Macallan, a delicious taste of wealth, spices and dried fruit with a heady Orange layer.
This unique and delicious malt, appropriates a characteristic and natural color of the first barrels of seasoned Oak of Spanish Sherry, hand made by master craftsmen of the home of sherry. The cooperage factory exclusively Spanish oak barrels, giving when they are seasoned with Sherry a taste unique and characteristic of the Macallan Whisky Decanter No. 6.
This whisky guarantees the immeasurable quality and unique characteristics of the Macallan. Enjoy it alone, you can add a little water to release the flavours, or with a ball of ice minimum dilution and maximum cold.
History
The Home of Whisky, is built in 1700, is a very good example of typical Manor House in the region of the Highlands. The Macallan estate has 158 hectares, its size and diversity are unique among the distilleries, they are planted 36 in spring with a unique variety of oats Minstrel for the production of Whisky The Macallan. The growing areas not harvested is also home to farm animals thus promoting biodiversity.
The stills are unusually small, they are the smallest of Speyside, unique size and shape provide the greatest possible contact with copper, thus is achieved by concentrating the powerful and fruity flavor of the distillate, gives the viscosity and the flavors characteristic of The Macallan. The company has 14 of estosalambiques that have capacity of 3900 litres each.

Una Industria responsable, respetando los convenios establecidos por la FEBE, la prevención del consumo en colectivos de riesgo, tales como menores o conductores, la vigilancia y el control de los mensajes publicitarios, la persecución del fraude al consumidor; y, la realización de estudios e investigaciones relacionados con el alcohol.
Finalmente la Protección del medio ambiente, lo cual es una preocupación constante del sector; para ello se trabaja continuamente para reducir los residuos que se generan en la producción, favoreciendo el reciclado de envases y participando activamente en la elaboración de planes de prevención.
