SPANISH WHITE WINE PAZO DAS BRUXAS 2012

Part of the D.O. Rias Baixas. 

Grape variety used: albariño. 

In its development has a fermentation process in 15 days on stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. 

This wine is a tribute to the folklore and nature of Galicia, land of great forests inhabited by mystical and magical beings.

TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE PAZO DAS BRUXAS 2012

In view presents a straw, clean and bright yellow. 

The nose is intense where citrus fruit aromas of lemon and green apple and mineral notes prevail. 

In the mouth its freshness with a greedy smooth entry and ending with a long, elegant finish.

WHITE WINE PAIRING PAZO DAS BRUXAS 2012

This wine is ideal with fish, especially shellfish, plus with mild white fish and even fresh goat cheese. 

Serve this wine at a temperature of 8-10°C.
