SPANISH RED WINE SALMOS 2011

Part of the IO Qualificada Priorat

Made from an excellent combination of grenache grapes ink, Carignan and Syrah.

In its development has a fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 27-28ºC and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Include a maceration of 25 days. Then was the time of aging in French oak barrels that will be between 14 and 16 months.

The red wine SALMOS 2011 features great aromatic intensity, which predominate black fruits accompanied by floral notes, and great silkiness that gives it a long, lingering finish.

It combines brilliantly with all game dishes, braised meats, roasted red meat and type. It is ideal to accompany a good cheese.
