Waltraud wine is made from the finest vintages from grapes riseling characterizing it as a product of sublime elegance and very fruity. In the process the juice fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 15 days
This wine is characterized by its pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a particularly aromatic variety which makes an elegant wine with fine acidity.
TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE WALTRAUD 2012:
WALTRAUD white wine stands in sight for its pale yellow color with green hues.
Nose appreciated varietal aroma with lots of character with hints of white flower, lavender and apricot.
The palate is characterized by its friendliness and freshness where citrus notes of bergamot and an acidity that lingers over in the mouth can be seen.
WHITE WINE PAIRING WALTRAUD 2012:
Waltraud wine combines beautifully with oysters and seafood. It is ideal to accompany fish, rice, pasta with marinara sauce, duck with sweet sauce, etc. It is characterized by an easily combinable wine.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 10-12°C.
