Made from a mix of varieties such as cariñera and garnacha.
Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, fine-grained, with a maceration of 31-32 days.
In its development process has a 2 week fermentation at a controlled temperature of 27ºC.
This wine kept in good condition keep their potential over the next 10-15 years.

On the nose aromas of black fruit like blueberries predominate.
The palate offers a velvety and deep with fruit tannins and mineral notes offering terroir flavors with smoky sweet tooth and palate.

This wine is ideal with all kinds of meats such as hunting, roast suckling pig and lamb stews. It is also advisable to accompany soft cheeses.
Serve this wine at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
