SPANISH WHITE WINE FRANSOLA 2012

Part of the D.O Penedès. 

Made from a mix of varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Parellada. 

50% of white wine Fransola 2012 was aged for 8 months in new French and American oak. 

In its development has a fermentation process from 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, 16ºC in boots. 

Being aged for 8 months, with a fermentation time of 2 weeks. 

This wine kept in good condition keep their potential over the next 2-4 years.

TASTING NOTES SPANISH WHITE WINE FRANSOLA 2012

In view presents a very light yellow color, which makes it stand its brightness and cleanliness. 

On the nose with a good aromatic intensity tropical fruit like pineapple mango and peach. These excellent aromas will join other vegetables, on a background of vanilla and coconut. 

The palate is rich and intense with good acidity with greedy expression. It offers notes of tropical fruit aromas and elegant green fund raising.

This wine is ideal to accompany seafood and shellfish, also for the best fish and a bird.
