Proyecto Enológico
El actual proyecto tiene como objetivo ser un referente de las uvas autóctonas del Levante español.Acercar su tierra al consumidor a través del vino, lo ponemos en valor respetando lo que la naturaleza nos ofrece.
Experimentan, investigan e innovan y se arriesgan desde el conocimiento del terreno y sabiendo lo que nos puede ofrecer.
Bodega Familiar
Esta es la hístoria de tres generaciones que supieron leer las necesidades de la sociedad a la que pertenecieron.Antonio Arráez Garrigós, tuvo la genial idea de construir una bodega en 1950 y comenzó a comercializar sus vinos a granel, y más adelante embotellados gracias a la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías enológicas.
Su hijo Antonio Arráez Ibanco contribuyó a la industrialización de la bodega, convirtiendose en un referente de la zona.
Bajo su batuta en la época de los 80 y 90 comenzó la expansión internacional conquistando nuevos mercados extranjeros.
Su nieto Toni Arráez Calabuig, tercera generación de viticultores y bodegueros, se formó trabajando tanto en bodegas de garaje como en las grandes bodegas de Rioja y de Ribera del Duero. Hoy en día es el creador y director del actual proyecto.
Defensores de sus uvas y el terreno
Son firmes defensores de los vinos del Levante español.Algo que han heredado y aprendido de sus antepasados, ha sido valorar los viñedos y sacar de la tierra sólo lo mejor, cueste lo que cueste y esté donde esté.
Por ello, eligen parcelas especiales para rescatar variedades autóctonas en las que creen firmemente. Si lo hiciésemos como todo el mundo, seríamos como todo el mundo.
Libertad a la hora de crear
Desde la viña hasta la etiqueta, la libertad creativa es fundamental.Si dan tanta importancia al diseño de las etiquetas, es porque son el claro reflejo de su personalidad.
Y son conscientes de que una imagen rompedora no conquista, si el vino no enamora.
