RED WINE SANTA DIGNA RESERVA CARMENÉRE 2012

Part of the IO Chile Central Valley.

The exceptional climate of the central valley of Chile and the meticulous care in producing results in a carmenére quality grapes and therefore wine quality also.

The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

TASTING NOTES RED WINE SANTA DIGNA RESERVA CARMENÉRE 2012:

Given known for its ripe cherry color.

The nose of blackberry flavor with hints of eucalyptus garnished with a touch of mandarin.

On the palate with sweet tannins and a leather and spice tones taste.

PAIRING RED WINE SANTA DIGNA RESERVA CARMENÉRE 2012:

It's great as an accompaniment to beef and all fish dishes with spicy sauces.

Serve this wine at a temperature of 17ºC.
