Red Wine La Mateo Vintimia

The red wine The Matthew Velieving is made by Bodegas D. Mateo with grapes of the Tempranillo 70%varieties, Garnacha 27%, Graciano 3%.

The grapes with which this wine is made come from 50 -year -old vineyards.

The red wine La Mateo Vaterimia has performed malactic fermentation in new 225 -liter barrels and has subsequently undergo a 14 -month breeding process in new barrels of 225 liters of French oak Allier, Nevers, Tronçaise and Jupilles (85%) and American oak of Pennsylvania (15%).

Prepared after a rigorous selection of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano varieties, harvest by hand in the "brackish", the most emblematic plot of the winery, with north-south orientation and calcareous clay soils.
