Sheep Cynara semi-cured cheese is made with raw milk from their own herd sheep and after a cure of 3 to 6 months, recover the ancient flavor enhanced with today's technology and guaranteed by a toilet, meticulous and delicate process.

The cheese factory is located in the town of Hinojosa de Duero (Salamanca), villa which is part of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park.
