VODKA Nordés
The vodka is distilled Nordés two potatoes Agria and Kennebec variety, typical of Galicia. These varieties were selected by the presence of more amount of starch, which favors vodka making process and guarantees a unique product and at the same time elegant. The production of each bottle of vodka requires between 10 to 15 kilos of potatoes. The preparation starts peeling and cooking the potatoes, enzymes are added to break the chain of starch and yeast for fermentation. The vodka is distilled three times in copper still to preserve its character. The result a vodka with character, round in the mouth and fit to make or eat only basis for amazing cocktails.
