Elaborate wine elaborated with Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, they belong to the D.O. Jerez, this wine is made by the Osborne Winery. The hand-picked grapes are gently pressed, this wine fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 °.
Subsequently the breeding is conducted under the traditional system of Criaderas y Soleras in American oak casks for 6 years.
The ideal temperature for this wine consumption is between 12 and 16 th.
