NORDÉS GINEBRA 5CL Miniature: In July 2012, from the meeting of a sommelier of a famous restaurant Michélin, a winemaker and a distiller teacher, after a year of attempts, the Nordés 100% Galician Geneva, that part of a slow and calm distildo of the Albariño wine, with which it is macerated with14 botanists and an algae, typical of the Atlantic area of Galicia. Among its ingredients are Laurel's notes, Caralleira, Toxo, Salicornia Marina, Hangbaluisa, Gynebro, licorice, cardamom, mint, ginger, tea, lemon peel, quinine, sage and half a cat smile.
The elaboration consists of three distillates of each ingredient in Ambique separately and a fourth distillation with the final mixture of all of them. The macerations are carried out following the biodynamic rhythms, as indicated by the moon, in Flor.
It is recommended to serve alone given its scented character, although it also works combined with tonic and ice, aromatized with grape carpaccio.
