Solaz Bio Red wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. Organic wine produced with grapes grown and harvested without the use of pesticides, fertilizers or other synthetic elements, all the elements used in the vineyard and subsequent processing are certified organic. Wines from organic agriculture are regulated according to European regulations and must be controlled and audited by a certifier throughout the entire production process. Preliminary cold maceration. Classical fermentation at a controlled temperature of 23ºC in stainless steel tanks. Periodic pumping over is carried out for the best extraction of aromas and color. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, malolactic fermentation begins at a constant temperature of 22ºC.
