El Pazo y la bodega Pazo de Señorans, propiedad inicialmente del matrimonio formado por Marisol Bueno y Javier Mareque (hoy ya en manos también de sus cuatro hijos, Marisol, Vicky, Javier y Santiago), comienza su andadura vinícola en el año 1989, aunque el cultivo del viñedo se inicia anteriormente.
El nombre de la Bodega, Pazo Señoráns es de origen desconocido, no se sabe si el lugar da nombre al Pazo o es el Pazo el que da nombre al lugar.
Bodega Pazo de Señorans trabaja para que sus vinos sean un fiel reflejo de la tierra que los ve nacer, Galicia y sus Rias Baixas.
Bodega Pazo de Señorams cree profundamente en todo su potencial, desde los vinos jóvenes hasta la capacidad de crecimiento que tiene la variedad albariño con el paso del tiempo.
