Winemaking

This white wine is made after an exhaustive monitoring and control of the ripening of the grape variety in order to choose the optimum moment for the harvest, which is normally done at night. Once in the winery, a pre-fermentation maceration and alcoholic fermentation is carried out prior to aging.
