Each component of these Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines is aged in its own varietal. The result is a mahogany-colored wine with smoky aromas of raisins. Soft and sweet on the palate, with a subtle acidity at the end. Aged in American oak casks, in the traditional Solera and Criaderas system in Jerez de la Frontera. Each wine (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez) is aged individually in their respective wines.
