The Vermouth red Lustau of the Bodegas Caballero is made from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez. Lustau rescues traditions Sherry for Vermouth which highlights the wine Jerez as the protagonist. It is a perfect balance between an Amontillado dry, with character, and a Pedro Ximénez sweet and velvety.
It has an alcohol content of 15% Vol. and recommended a service temperature of 7 to 9 ° C, with a piece of ice and a peel of orange peel.
