Aged for more than three years, in the traditional process of Criaderas y Soleras, in a selection of the best boots of American oak, which in the past have contained Amontillado. This former tenant of the barrels, left printed a taste which is expressed strongly in the Solera reserve Lustau.

The system of Soleras and Criaderas consists of arrange barrels in pyramidal shape. During the aging of Brandy de Jerez, the superior barrels fluid begins to go down to lower barrels, as the years pass.
