SPANISH ROSE WINE DE CASTA 2012

Part of the D.O. Catalunya.

Made from a mix of varieties such as Garnacha Tinta, cariñena, sirah and tempranillo.

In its development has a fermentation process performed 10 to 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17ºC with a maceration 1 day.

The rosé DE CASTA 2012 is bottled on demand.

This wine kept in good condition keep its potential for the next 2 years.

TASTING NOTES ROSE WINE DE CASTA 2012

In view presents a pale, intense and brilliant raspberry color. 

The nose is clean and fresh with floral dominance and presence of red fruit and tropical fruit. 

The palate is fresh and round, has good acidity and rich fruit, especially tropical fruit acid that last until the finish.

ROSE WINE PAIRING DE CASTA 2012

This wine can be combined with traditional "tapas" with aperitif and with any sausage, plus a dish with vegetables and pasta .. 

Serve this wine at a temperature about 10°C.
