WHY & MEL It is a young white wine of the Denomination of Origin Rued Castilla y León, in Spain. This wine stands out for its freshness and softness in the mouth, ideal to enjoy at any time of the day.

WHY & MEL It is a wine made from Greenjo Variety grapes, one of the most representative of the wheel region. The grapes are harvested manually at their optimal maturity and fermented time at controlled temperature to preserve its freshness and aroma. The result is a pale yellow young white wine with greenish reflexes and an intense and fresh nose with tropical and citrus fruits notes.

The process of preparing WHY & MEL It begins with a careful selection of the ingredients, which include juniper, coriander, orange skin, lemon skin, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg, among others. All botanists are macerated and distilled in a copper wire with spring water, which results in a soft and balanced GIN with a pleasantly frequently frequent and citrus aroma and flavor.
