The El Circo Wines Winery wine has its vineyards on various grounds of the 4 valleys of Carignane, mostly of granite base. made with Macabeo, belonging to the D.O.P Carignan grapes.
Fermented at low temperatures to retain all the aroma and the grapes potential. The fermentation is stopped before finishing to let a wine with some residual sugar.
