The production of all the wines made at Bodegas Verdeal is done in an ecological way and respecting all its production cycles. To achieve this we use natural and organic techniques to increase the aromatic intensity, volume in the mouth and the natural antioxidant protection of the must and wine. We summarize the techniques we carry out in long settling, increasing the contact of filmy substances with the must. Thus increasing the natural aromatic precursors of the grape.

Fermentations with live yeasts, reproduced under natural pH conditions, without molasses or phytopharmaceuticals, this type of yeast preserves its enzymatic capabilities and its proton pump intact, with the ability to naturally preserve and increase the acidity of the wine during its production, thus avoiding the use of products and corrections with external products.

Clarification is carried out with treated bentonites that do not add heavy metals to the wines, which means that the total sulfur content of the final wine can be reduced. After fermentation, the wines are kept for a period of
time in contact with the fine lees, to increase the structural characteristics of the wine, providing fatty acids and broader, glyceric sensations in the mouth.
