Vino Rosado Bravo Escós

Bravo! Pink, a pink wine of the prestigious Denomination of qualified origin (DOQ) Prirat in Spain, stands out for its elegance and vitality. Elaborated with a 68% of Cariñena and 32% of Syrah, this wine reflects the harmonious fusion of varieties in a unique context.

From two plots, one dedicated to the Cariñena and the other to Syrah In the municipality of Torroja, Bravo! Rosado captures the essence of the terroir characterized by brown and black slate floors, complemented with calcareous clays and alluvial sediments. The grapes come from young vineyards cultivated under sustainable agricultural practices and in the process of conversion to organic certification.

The elaboration of this pink begins with the spontaneous fermentation of the must after the direct pressing of the grapes. Fermentation and subsequent raising are carried out in a 1,100 liter polyethylene egg, providing the ideal conditions to highlight flavors and maintain the freshness of wine.
