Red Wine Olagosa Crianza
It belongs to the winery Perica and has the appellation of origin Rioja.
It is made from the grapes varieties; Tempranillo (90%), Garnacha (5%) y Mazuelo (5%).
Regarding the process, once collected at optimum maturity. The grape makes its alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Thereafter, the maloctique fermentation takes place in barrel French oak. The aging takes place in barrels’ American oak for 16 to 18 months. Finally, it will end for 6 months in bottle before ending up on the market.
It has an alcohol content of 13% abv.
Best served at a temperature between 16°C.
