He Red Wine Legaris Roble, a riverbank made and right. 100% Tempranillo. Selected grapes from exclusively from the Legaris farms.
With alluvial, cascala, Franco-sandy soils, meandros and surroundings of the Duero River.
Through precision viticulture techniques, the different types of soil that make up the vineyards for subsequent management and selection have been identified and characterized.
Irrigation: Due to the low rainfall of the area, to the poverty of the soils and to the presence of a vegetation cover, irrigation is essential.
Controlled deficit irrigation techniques (RDI) are used to favor the concentration of color, aromas and flavors.
VATERY: To decide the optimal harvest moment, apart from the monitoring of analytical maturation, grape tasting is also made to evaluate the phenolic maturity of these.
Selective harvest is performed, harvesting and elaborating the different terroir separately.
