Red wine Carlos Moro is a product of the Garugele vineyard (1920) in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. In the vineyard is special prune to a bud with a potential production around some 4,000 Kg. per hectare and a harvest at its point of maturity, in boxes of 12 kg. In cellar, prior to its cooling in cold stores, they pass through a double process of manual selection, first cluster and subsequently of the grain.

Fermented in small deposits of French oak after fermentation and 3,000 litres gross capacity is done the malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and wooden casks. Its aging is made in French oak barrels of the best Coopers in the market, for 18 months.
