Meadows Pack collection

The payments of the Moncayo Winery is al foot of the Sierra del Moncayo, in the heart of the Iberian Mountain range on its way through Aragon. Given the nearness to Vera del Moncayo and its privileged situation in the province of Zaragoza, the beauty and richness of the environment in which their wines are unmatched.

The Meadows collection Pack consists of 6 bottles of red wine from Winery payments of the Moncayo:

3 bottles of wine red meadows Syrah is made from 100% Syrah. It belongs to the payments of the Mocayo Winery and has a D.O. Campo de Borja.

It is manually harvested in mid-September. The Destemmed grapes carried out a pre-fermentation maceration during 5 days. After simultaneous maceration and fermentation for 4 days during which the grapes are stepped in the morning and in the evening.

The alcoholic fermentation ended in the barrels and gave way to the malolactic fermentation in the same barrels.

Has an alcohol content of 14.5 °. We recommend serving this wine between 14 and 16 ° C.

3 bottles of Vino Tinto meadows Garnacha is made with 100% Garnacha. It belongs to the payments of the Mocayo Winery and has a D.O. Campo de Borja.

The harvest is done manually and is transported to the winery in small boxes of 20 kg to keep the grapes in optimal conditions. Grapes are de-stemmed partially and is left to macerate at wineries open for a week.

Once started the fermentation, he is a treading the grapes to extract its full potential and then breeding is realisada in oak barrels for a period of 10 months.

It has an alcohol content of 14.5 °. We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 14 ° C.
