Red Wine Prados Fusión
The Red Wine Prados Fusión comes from the wineries Pagos Del Mocayo in the D.O. Campo de Borja (Spanish appellation) and is elaborated from Grenache (65%) and Syrah (35%) grapes.
The grapes are picked by hand at optimum ripening conditions. Maceration is carried out for 4 days at 10°C.The wine is fermented and macerated at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28°C.
It has an alcoholic content of 14% abv.
We recommend serving this wine between 14º and 16ºC.
