The history of Caecus Bodega It goes back more than a century ago, when it was founded by a family of winemakers who were dedicated to growing grapes in their own lands. Young Caecus It is prepared mainly from two grape varieties: the Tempranillo and La Garnacha. These grapes are carefully selected from the vineyards of the winery, where they are grown sustainably and respecting the natural environment. The Tempranillo provides structure and elegance to the wine, while the garnacha adds fruit notes and softness in the mouth. This combination of varieties results in a balanced and personality wine.

The vineyards are located in ELCIENGE PROVINCE OF ALAVA, at the La Romañiguez Finca and the wine is made by Bodegas Pago de Larrea.

The young Caecus was born in 2003 with the foundation of the winery. Since then each harvest maintains the character of the Terroir and the fruit aromas of the Tempranillo.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 19º.
