Montenovo 2012 White wine made from 100% Godello grapes belonging to the DO Valdeorras.
A good example to learn Godello grape.
The harvest is done manually, with subsequent maceration. Static racking and fermentation by yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is not performed. Clarification with mineral agents. Light cold stabilization and filtration lands.
It was bottled in February 2013. Natural cork with vintage marking
Serve this wine at a temperature between 9 and 11. Well preserved evolve favorably over the next three years.
