In the countryside:
From Tempranillo vineyards planted between 450 and 490m altitude on flood floors. The skin of these grapes is usually fine, with less color load. Harvest at the optimal moment for the elaboration of pink wine.
The add:
The beginning of 2017 was marked by few rainfall in winter and a notable advance of sprouting. Strong frosts at the end of April led to a significant performance reduction. Punctual rains in summer and suitable conditions in August looked at water stress and led to an early harvest in September, small berries in perfect balance, resulting in a very good vintage 2017.
In the winery:
Once boiled and squeezed, grapes are cold for a few hours. We bleed the must that the grapes are releasing during this period and fermented cold.
